摘要
阐述了670 t/h锅炉汽包水位保护系统测量装置的现状和高水位运行的危害。分析了670 t/h锅炉汽包水位保护系统一次测量装置的优化配置问题,提出了超高压锅炉水位计测量误差消除方法,并对该炉汽包水位保护系统进行了改造,提高了机组运行的经济性和可靠性。
The paper discussed the situation of measuring device of drum level protection system and the hazard of operation in high drum level for 670 t/h boiler, analyzed the optimized configuration of primary measuring device of drum level protection system and proposed the means to eliminate the error of drum nilometer measuring, meanwhile, the drum level protection system was modified, through which the economy and reliability of unit operation was promoted,
