人正常和退变腰椎间盘中TIMP_1的表达及其意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子1(TIMP1)mRNA在正常与退变椎间盘中表达的差别及意义。方法利用荧光定量PCR技术检测TIMP1mRNA在正常椎间盘(9个)与退变椎间盘(30个)组织的含量,结合年龄、病程、病理类型进行分析。结果TIMP1在正常椎间盘组织表达量为0.900±0.289,退变椎间盘中TIMP1mRNA表达量为0.340±0.241,两者差异有显著性(t=5.841,P<0.05)。退变椎间盘中,不同年龄、病程及病理类型组间TIMP1mRNA的表达量差异无统计学意义。结论TIMP1mRNA的含量下降在腰椎间盘退变过程中起着重要作用,但未见与年龄、病程及病理类型有明显的关系。 Objective To study the expressions and their significance of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP1) in normal and degenerative lumbar intervertebral discs. Methods A real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect the content of mRNA of TIMP1 in normal and degenerative lumbar intervertebral discs. The results were analyzed in conjunction with the age, history and pathological types. Results TIMP1 was expressed mostly largely in the normal discs, and less in the degenerative ones. No significant differences of expression of TIMP1 mRNA were noted in terms of the age, history and pathological types in the degenerative discs. Conclusion The decrease of TIMP2 plays an important role in the process of the disc degeneration, which has no obvious association with the age, history and pathological types.
