From the aspects of acreage, distribution, variety, cultivation, production, quality and so on, the situation of industry resources of Greek Olea europaea were introduced in this paper, and the fruit harves4 the production of Olea europaea oil by-products production, history and culture were also accounted detailed]y; the policy on development of Olea europaea industry supported by Greec and EU was focused, and it provided inspiration and reference for the development of Oil Camellia industry in China.
