摘要
在深入调查研究的基础上,总结近年来江西森林防火事业的发展成就,分析当前面临的形势和存在的突出问题,提出构建"政府主导,全民防火,专业扑火"的森林防火长效机制,提高森林火灾综合防控能力的具体措施。
On base of in-depth investigation, the development achievements of Jiangxi forest fire protection in recent years was summed up, the current situation and the existing outstanding problems were analyzed. The detailed measures of constructing long-term mechanism of forest fire protection that government-led, full of fire prevention, professional antifire, and improving comprehensive capacity of prevention and control of forest fires were put forward.
