时代在呼唤创造型人才,作为输送人才的主阵地——学校,就需要与时俱进。作为英语教师,就要打破传统课堂教学模式,努力激发学生的主体意识、发展学生的主体能力、回归学生的主体地位,最大限度地发挥学生的自主性、能动性和创造性。

The times are calling for creative talents. So colleges, as the main front of cultivating personnel, should advance with the times. As English teachers, we should break the traditional classroom teaching mode, do not take students as the ＂containers＂ for accepting knowledge, but stimulate their awareness, play their main ability, return to their dominant position, and make full use of their autonomy, initiative and creativity.
