乳痹消胶囊的质量标准

Studies on quality standars of rubixiao capsule

目的建立乳痹消胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱（TCL）法对处方中赤芍、延胡索进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法测定乳痹消胶囊中芍药苷的含量。结果TCL鉴别方法专属性强；芍药苷在0．25～5．0g·L^-1范围线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均加样回收率为99．9％，RSD=1．13％（n=6）。结论本质量标准可有效控制乳痹消胶囊的质量。

Aim To establish the quality standard of rubixiao capsule. Method Radix paeoniae rubra and rhizoma corydahs were identitied by TLC;The content of paeoniflorin in liaojiaoruan capsule was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC methods are selective. The good linear of paeoniflorin was within the ranges of 0.25 - 5.0 g · L^- 1 （ r = 0. 999 9 ）, and the average recovery was 99.9% , with the RSD = 1.13 % （n = 6 ）. Conclusion This study provides a valid method for the quality control of Rubixiao Capsule.
