摘要
目的毛细管柱气相色谱法测定空心胶囊中残留氯乙醇含量。方法气相色谱法,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),以水为溶剂,外标法,采用30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm的INNOWAX毛细管柱,柱温60℃10℃/min180℃,分流比1∶1,进样量1μl。结果方法灵敏,简便,精确,重现性好。结论采用INNOWAX毛细管柱分离效果优于填充柱。
Aim To improve the method for determination of chloroethanol residue in vacant capsules. Method Gas chromatography was adopted using a INNOWAX capillary column（30m×0.32mm×0.25um）. The initial column temperature was 60℃ , then raised（ 10 ℃ ·min^-1） to 180℃. Results The method is highly reproducible and the separation can be completed effectively. Conclusion The resolution capacity of INNOWAX capillary cohann is better than packed column.
