铜陵市人民医院2006～2007年口服降糖药回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis on use of oral hypoglycemic agents

目的了解近两年本院口服降糖药的临床使用情况和发展趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法分别统计2006～2007年口服降糖药的年用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC），进行对照分析。结果本院2007年口服降糖药总DDDs值较2006年下降4．22％，2007年口服降糖药销售总金额较2006年下降11．63％。总体用药频度基本不变，而用药金额略有下降。结论随着药品价格的下调和新的降糖药的使用，疗效肯定、不良反应少的品种得到更多使用，临床作用更趋合理。

Aim To evaluate the clinical use and development of oral hypoglycemic agents in Tongling Pepole＇s Hospital to provide a ref- erence for rational use of drugs in clinical management. Method DDDs and DDC of hypoglyeemie drugs in the year of 2006 and 2007 were collected and analyzed. Result The total DDDs of OHA decreased 4.22 percent in 2007 in comparision to the in 2006, and the total amount of sales in 2007 decreased 11.63 percent compared with that in 2006. The total DDDs remain basically unchanged, while the sales of drug decreased. Conclusion With the reduction in drug price and the new OHA is used, more drugs with positively curative effects and low ADR are used, so the use of drug in clinic is more reasonable.
