构建有军事特色的药学人才培养模式

The construction of cultivation mode for the pharmaceutical qualified personnel with military characteristics

为适应新时期社会发展和军队建设需要,对药学专业4年制本科教育的课程体系、实践教学、素质教育等环节进行了深入研究,构建了有军事特色的药学人才培养模式并付诸实践。在实施过程中通过进一步完善教学管理制度,推动一二三课堂协调发展,实行新的课程教学模式,提高了药学人才的培养质量。

In order to meet the requirements of the social and army development, the curriculums, teaching method for practice and quality education of four-year education of undergraduates in pharmacy speciality were studied, and cultivation mode for pharmaceutical practitioners with military characteristics was constructed and put into practice. During the education system reform, the quality of training the pharmaceutical qualified personnel was improved through optimization of the teaching management system, harmonious development of the first, second and third classrooms and implementing new carriculum teaching model.
