Properties and Actions of Chinese Medicinal Herbs are the foundation and core of theories of Chinese Medicine. Against the phenomenon of neglect of theory and that of attention to effectiveness, we consider it necessary to set up the new course of Properties theory of Chinese Medicinal Herbs. This paper discusses the construction of the new curriculum＇s background, teaching content and significance.
