摘要
论述了水泥乳化沥青混凝土性能及胶浆-集料界面微观结构的研究进展,探讨了界面微观结构研究中存在的问题,提出了水泥在界面微观结构中的功能,展望了界面微观结构的研究方法和发展方向。研究结果表明:胶浆-集料界面微观结构直接影响混凝土整体性能,水泥能够明显改善界面微观结构;应针对有机和无机结合料共同特点,综合现行微观试验手段,建立胶浆-集料界面微观结构模型,通过界面微观结构全面预测和改善混凝土宏观路用性能。
The advances of cement emulsified asphalt concrete performance and mastics-aggregate interface microstructure were presented, some problems in study on interface microstructure were discussed, the functions of cement in interface microstructure were put forward, the study methods and the developing trends of interface microstructure were reviewed. The researches show that mastics aggregate interface microstructure has a direct influence on the whole performances of cement emulsified asphalt concrete and cement has an evident improvement on interface microstructure. According to the coexist traits of the organic binder and the inorganic binder, with the help of the current microstructure test apparatuses, a mastics-aggregate interface microstructure model must be developed in order to predict and improve the macroperformance of cement emulsified asphalt concrete by the interface microstructure. 2 figs, 31 refs.
