Improved fast optimization strategy for online balancing adjustor

针对电磁式在线自动平衡系统,提出了一种改进的快速寻优平稳策略.为了达到快速平衡的目的,在每次平衡调节时均选择使振幅下降最快的平衡盘优先进行调节.与快速随机寻优平衡策略相比,改进的平衡策略能够综合考虑平衡调节器各平衡盘的实际情况.在自行设计的在线自动平衡系统上,对改进的快速寻优平衡策略和快速随机寻优平衡策略进行了动平衡实验.结果表明,改进的平衡策略更加有效,并且平衡所需的时间更短.

An improved fast optimization balancing strategy was presented for electromagnetic online autobalancing systems. In order to actualize fast balancing, the improved strategy preferentially chooses the balance-set that can obtain the fastest decline in the amplitude in each balancing adjustment. Compared with the random fast optimization strategy, the improved strategy can comprehensively consider the situations of every balance-set of the balancing adjustor. On a self-designed online auto-balancing system, balancing experiments were carried out with the improved fast optimization strategy and the random fast optimization strategy. The results proved that the improved balancing strategy is more useful and can shorten the balancing time.
