高校办学特色形成的制约因素分析

高等院校办学特色是社会发展的需要与高校自身改革建设的需要,高等学校形成办学特色越来越受到社会各界重视.但是办学特色的形成是一项需要历史积累的系统工程,必然会受到各种因素的干扰和制约,这也是当前我国许多高校办学特色并不显著的原因.针对我国高校办学特色的现状,阐述了办学特色的形成一般条件,再从高等院校系统外部和内部2个层面分析了当前我国高校形成办学特色的制约因素.

The characteristics of colleges＇ running is getting more and more attention from social all circles. But it is a complicated systematic project that needs the accumulation of history, which is necessarily disturbed and restricted by various factors and therefore results in why so many colleges＇ running characteristics are not notable in our country. Aimed at the actuality of colleges＇ running in our country, the ordinary condition of establishing running school characteristics was expounded, and then the restriction factors of characteristics of colleges＇ running in our country was analyzed from such two lays as the exterior and interior of the colleges.
