Analysis in the Development of Dust Catcher System in Blast Furnace Gas of Meishan Lron and Steel Corp

介绍梅钢高炉煤气除尘器系统的发展过程,分析了三种除尘系统的工艺流程、系统结构、性能及用能状况,从节能的角度比较了三种除尘系统,列举了干法除尘系统的诸多优点,是大型高炉值得推广采用的除尘系统。

This paper introduces the development course of dust catcher system in Blast Furnace Gas of Meishan Iron and Steel Corp., and analyzes the craftwork and flow, system structure, performance, and status of energy using in three kinds of dust catcher system. From a point of view of energy saving, the paper compares three kinds of dust catcher system, and enumerates much strongpoint in dry dust catcher system, which is worth of extending and adopting in dust catcher system of large-scale blast furnaces.
