世纪初,俄罗斯高等教育进行了改革的尝试,但收效甚微,高等教育质量呈明显下滑趋势。因此,要对其质量下滑的动因进行分析,以期为我国的高等教育发展提供借鉴。

At the beginning of this century, attempts has been made to reform its higher education in Russia but with little effect, and there is an obvious declination tendency in its higher educational quality. So drivers analysis of the quality declination has been made so as to give reference to our higher education.
