支谦生平略考

On Translator Zhi Qian's Life

三国时著名译经家支谦虽然在历代佛教文献中留下多篇详略不一的传记,但所记或语焉不详或相互矛盾,以致其生平至今仍有许多疑问和不明之处,其家世、奔吴时间、辅佐的太子为谁、隐居穹隘山之年、生卒年等皆需要重新探究。

Zhi Qian, a well-known Buddhist scriptures translator in Three Kingdoms, left in the history of Buddhist literature several biographies, which are detailed or brief, sometimes contradictory, resulting in many questions in his life. The paper, trying to sort out early Buddhist literature and related official history literature, makes corrections or provides some new views on his family, the time to flee to Wu, the name of Prince assisted by him, and the year of his birth, reclusion and death, etc.
