摘要
采用金相、X射线衍射和电子探什等方法,对经热拉并退火后的Fe-28Mn-6Si-5Cr(%)形状记忆合金出现的严重脆性进行了分析.结果表明,该工艺过程导致的脆性与块状σ相在丝材心部沿轴向析出有关.σ相中Mn,Si和Cr的含量均明显高于基体.随着合金加热到≥925℃,σ相重新固溶,上述脆性完全消除.
A serious brittleness of Fe-28Mn-6Si-5Cr(wt%) shape memory alloy after hot-drawing followed by annealing was analysed by using metallorgraphy, X-ray diffraction and electron probe. Results show that the brittleness caused by above processing is related to the precipitation of bulk o-phase in the centre part of the wire a-long the wire axis. Contents of elements Mn ,Si and Cr in the o-phase are obviously higher than those in the parent phase. The brittleness can be eliminated by resolution of o-phase while the alloy is reheated to (or over) 925℃.
