摘要
本文报告以四苯硼酸-阿米替林离子缔合物作活性材料,制成了PVC阿米替林电极。对影响电极性能的诸因素进行了讨论,以最佳条件制备的电极其线性区为1×10^(-2)mol/L~3.2×10^(-6)mol/L,平均斜率为57.4mV,检测下限为1.6×10^(-6)mol/L,在pH2.5~7.0范围内适用。电极抗干扰能力强,响应快,重现性和稳定性较好,适用于阿米替林样品的快速测定。
Using amitriptyline-tetraphenylborate ion-pair complex as active material, PVC membrane amitriptyline ion selective electrode was prepared. The use of di-(2-ethylhexyl)-o-phthalate as solvent can give higher electrode slope and wider linear response range. The optimum membrane content of active material is 0.5%. The electrode shows Nernstian range from 1×10^(-2)mol/L to 3.2×10^(-6)mol/L in the pH range of 2.5~7.0 with a slope of 57.4mV/ decade,and the limit of detection is 1.6×10^(-6)mol/L. The electrode gives satisfactory selectivity fast response, good reproducibility and stability.
