数控专业“2+1”培养模式“1”阶段教学研究与实践

Teaching Study and Practice in Stage of "1" of "2+1" Education Mode for NC Specialty

以高职"2+1"人才培养模式改革为背景,以数控技术专业为例,着重研究"1"阶段教学的关键问题,并就校外教学体系的构建、个性化实习指导方案设计、校外授课、网上传课、企业导师现场教学等环节进行了论述,实践证明,切实抓好"1"阶段教学环节,是确保教学改革成功的关键。

This paper focuses on teaching problems in the stage ＂1＂ of ＂2＋1＂ mode after illustrating education reform of higher vocational colleges with the example of NC specialty. The establishment of teaching system outside campus, the plan of individual intern guide , teaching outside campus, video classes on internet, and field-tutoring by front-line experts from enterprises are all discussed in this paper. The experience shows that the stage ＂1＂ is very important for success of education reform.
