论高职院校毕业生就业市场的拓展——以武汉职业技术学院就业工作为例

On Promoting Higher Vocational College Graduates' Employment

高职院校应该采取多种积极有效的措施,广泛开辟毕业生就业渠道,为学生提供更多与企业接触机会,才能开创毕业生就业工作的新局面。为此,必须明确以就业为导向、以市场为导向的办学方向,建立切实有效的毕业生就业工作机制。具体而言,要从四个方面努力:群策群力,全员参与毕业生就业工作;学校"走出去,"把用人单位"请进来;"主动适应市场变化,把握就业工作先机;多维整合资源,做大、做实就业市场。

The paper holds that vocational colleges should take initiatives to adopt more effective measures to broaden graduates＇ employment channel and provide more opportunity for students to reach out to the enterprises while they are studying in campus. Besides, vocational education institutes should always keep itself employment-oriented, and maintain a close eye at the job market so as to figure out a practical system facilitating students＇ employment. To be specific, the paper suggests higher vocational colleges can work on the following four aspects： mobilizing all resources and pooling ideas for graduates＇ employment; stepping forward to invite front-line experts from enterprises to colleges; actively rather than passively adjusting the training to the job market; seizing every chance to promote employment; integrating resources to upgrade employment promotion mechanism and consolidate the connection with potential employers.
