进入到新世纪以来,我国大众传媒业迅猛发展,作为培养大众传媒人才的广播电视编导专业的学科培养模式至关重要。文章从广播电视编导应用型人才培养模式构建的定位依据与特色研究出发,根据社会对人才的需求变化以及学生个人需求的多样化,着重提出广播电视编导应用型人才的培养模式,实现强能力、宽口径的培养方式,以便及时为社会提供合格的广播电视行业的人才保障。

The mass media industry in China has been rapidly developed when coming into the new century and it is crucial to the curriculum model with which to teach Radio and TV director major students. This article starts from the research of the allocation and characteristics of the construction of Radio and TV director students＇instruction, and gives out a new model which is of both the market and the students which will guarantee practical for instruction in cater for the various needs the supply of quality human rescores for Radio and TV industry.
