摘要
本文运用SWOT分析法,深入分析了北汽控股公司集团化发展现有的优势与劣势以及面临的机会与威胁,并验证了该公司集团化发展的战略方向。分析表明,北汽控股公司集团化发展应主要选择SO战略。
With SWOT analysis method, the paper deeply analyzed the existing tages as well as the opportunities and threats of The Beijing Auto Group Hold advantages and disadvan Company and verified the strategic direction of the company group development. Analysis showed that the SO strategy should be the only choice of the firm for its group development.
