摘要
通过对有机污水超声聚焦裂解工艺要求的研究,首先构建了有机污水超声聚焦裂解超声变幅杆动力学模型,通过对夹心式压电换能器进行研究,构建p个单个晶片组成的压电驱动的动力学模型,研究设计超声变频控制电路。该超声换能器可以通过对超声频率和声压的控制,对不同的有机污水进行高效处理。
On the basis of researching on organic wastewater ultrasonic focusing decomposition process, this paper constructs dynamic model of ultrasonic transformer on organic wastewater ultrasonic focusing decomposition, constructs p-wafer piezoelectricity drive dynamic model after research on the sandwich piezoelectricity transducer, designs ultrasonic frequency control circuit. This ultrasonic transducer can treat different organic wastewater effectively by controlling the ultrasonic frequency and scound pressure.
