摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者治疗前、后同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和血清铁蛋白(SF)水平的变化及意义。方法应用化学发光法和放射免疫法对40例急性脑梗死患者进行血清Hcy和SF水平检测,并与35例健康人做比较。结果急性脑梗死患者血清Hcy和SF水平非常显著高于健康人组(P<0.01),且Hcy的代谢因子叶酸和维生素B12明显降低(P<0.01)。结论检测急性脑梗死患者血清Hcy和SF水平的变化对判断病情和评价疗效均有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the change of serum levels of homocysteine (Hey) and ferritin before and after treatment in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and discuss its clinical significance. Methods Chemiluminescence assay was applied to measuring the serum level of Hey, and radioimmunoassay was used to determine serum ferritin (SF) in 40 patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI group) and 35 healthy adults (control group). Results The serum levels of Hey and ferritin were significantly higher in ACI group than those in control group (P〈0.01). In contrast, the levels of folio acid and vitamin B12 were significantly lower in ACI group than those in control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Detection of serum Hey and ferritin is of important clinical value for the pathogenetic condition judgement and therapeutic effect evaluation of ACI.
