糖尿病患者血小板4项参数与血管病变探讨

Relationship of four platelet parameters and angiopathy in patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨糖尿病患者血小板参数变化及其临床意义。方法使用XE-2100型全自动血细胞分析仪分别测定健康对照、糖尿病和冠心病患者血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)及血小板比容(PCT)。结果与对照组比较,2型糖尿病有血管病变组和冠心病组的PLT、MPV、PDW差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),PCT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2型糖尿病无血管病变组血小板4项参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血小板参数的变化在糖尿病血管病变发生、发展中有重要作用,对临床研究糖尿病并发症有较大参考价值。

Objective To explore the alteration of four platelet parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） and its clinical significance. Methods Platelet count （PLT）, mean platelet volume （MPV）, platelet volume distribution width （PDW） and plateletcrit （PCT） were measured by applying XE-2100 fully automatic hematocyte analyzer in healthy controls （control group） and patients with either T2DM （T2DM group） or coronary heart disease （CHD group）. Results As compared with the healthy control group, there were significant differences of PLT, MPV and PDW in diabetic angiopathy group and CHD group （P〈0.01）, but the difference of PCT wasn＇ t significant （P〉0.05）. There were no significant differences in the four platelet parameters between control group and diabetic non-angiopathy group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Changes of platelet parameters play an important role in occurrence and development of diabetic angiopathy,and have great clinical value for clinical research of diabetic cornplication.
