摘要
目的了解医院内凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌感染的耐药情况,指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法将本院2005年1月至2007年10月送检的标本进行回顾性分析。结果凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对常用抗生素显示不同程度耐药。结论医院内凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌耐药率高,应加强耐药监测,合理使用抗生素。
Objective To investigate drug resistance status of coagulase negative staphylococcus （CN-S） clinical isolates from our hospital, and to guide the rational use of antibiotics in the clinic. Methods The clinical data of CN-S clinical isolates from our hospital from Jan 2005 to Oct 2007 was retrospectively analyzed. Results CN-S was resistant to common antibiotics to a different extent. Conclusion The drug resistance of nosocomal coagulase negative staphylococcus is markedly high. Drug resistance monitoring should be strengthened, and the rational use of antibiotics should be emphasized.
