摘要
本文从解析全球数字化背景下电视产业的特性及现行制度缺陷入手,研究了中国电视产业的制度创新的宏观思路,提出公共电视台与商业电视台分设的"二元制"构想,并对"二元制"的比较优势、路径选择、外部性纠正、模式借鉴、产业化运营等问题进行了深入探讨。本文还对电视产业的宏观管理体制创新提供了相应的意见和建议。
This paper analyzed the characteristics & problems in management mechanism in China' s TV industry against the background of global digitization, and discussed the macroscopic method and path for the management mechanisms innovation of the industry. As a main contribution of this paper, it proposed that we need the separation of public and commercial television and gave deep discussion on its comparative advantage, path choice, and adjustment of externality, mode reference and implementation. At last, this paper put forward some suggestions about the macro creativity of management mechanisms of Chinese TV - industry.
