摘要
目的:探讨足部反射疗法对2型糖尿病大鼠肝脏氧化应激的影响。方法:30只Wistar大鼠以高热量饲料加链脲佐菌素喂养,8周后成功建立的2型糖尿病大鼠模型共20只,分为模型组及足疗组各10只,另选取10只大鼠给予基础饲料喂养作为正常对照(正常)组。足疗组大鼠造模成功后参照人和动物穴位解剖图在大鼠足部取五脏六腑及神经系统、免疫系统的反射区间歇按压10-40次,每日1次。8周后,处死各组大鼠测定肝组织丙二醛(MDA)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠肝脏MDA含量明显升高,GSH-Px、SOD及CAT活性显著降低(均P〈0.01);足疗组各项指标略有变化,但与正常组比较无统计学意义;与模型组比较差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05,0.01)。结论:足部反射疗法能够抑制2型糖尿病大鼠氧化应激,改善肝脏的能量代谢,对2型糖尿病引起的氧化损伤有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of foot reflexotherapy on hepatic oxidative stress in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods; The rat models of type 2 diabetes mellitus induced by high calorie feeding and injection of small dose of streptozotocin were taken as subjects. The levels of malondialdehyde and the activity of glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase and catalase were measured. The effects of foot reflexotherapy on the above-mentioned indices were studied. Results: Compared with those in control group, the malondialdehyde in liver was increased significantly (P〈0.01) and activities of glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase and catalase in liver tissues decreased remarkably (P〈0.01) in the type 2 diabetes mellitus group. In foot reflexotherapy group, the indexes above were ameliorated to different degrees. Conclusion: Foot reflexotherapy ameliorates the energy metabolism impairment of type 2 diabetes mellitus liver by suppressing the oxidative stress, and foot reflexotherapy can protect the oxidative injury induced by type 2 diabetes mellitus.
