How to develop Chinese ice hockey is in overall situation of numerous fans＇attention and is also great task which requires to be achieved by the managers, coaches, players, scholars and researcher in ice hockey field. By analyzing the general status, existing problem of Chinese ice hockey development and other experts and scholars＇ resolvent viewpoints and suggestions, the article brings forward countermeasure of policy to set up a special fund of ice hockey development, to enlarge the magnitude of basic ice hockey schools, to increase the free time of ice hockey venues for the basic schools and amateurish clubs, to effectively develop the population of Chinese ice hockey. It also needs to further understand the win law of ice hockey, to update the training idea, to innovate the training method for improving the players＇physical power and training effect and helping them grow up with individual technical and tactical style.
