我国优秀速度滑冰运动员性格特征的研究

Research of Chinese Elite Speed Skaters' Personality

为对我国速度滑冰心理选材和性格培养提供依据,采用"WT运动员性格测量表"的测试的方法,对我国部分优秀速度滑冰运动员的性格的整体特征进行研究。结果表明:不同等级、不同地域、不同训练年限优秀速滑运动员分别在坚韧性、灵活性、兴奋性个性特质上存在显著性差异;不同年龄、不同性别优秀速滑运动员的性格特征不存在显著差异。

For providing a reference of Chinese speed skaters＇ psychological selection and individuality development, with the method of ＂ WTCAIA＂ , the article studies the whole characteristic of Chinese elite speed skaters＇personality. The result shows that the elite skaters in different level, different region or different training years have significant difference respectively in hardiness, dexterity and excitability of personality; the elite ones in different age or gender has not significant difference in personality.
