杀虫球孢白僵菌菌株筛选及类枯草杆菌蛋白酶基因的克隆

Screening and Cloning a Subtilisin-like Protease Gene from Beauveria bassiana

在水稻叶蝉僵虫中分离出一株球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana),根据GenBank上球孢白僵菌类枯草杆菌蛋白酶基因序列同源性设计引物,采用RT-PCR法得到一个球孢白僵菌类枯草杆菌蛋白酶CDEP2基因的cD-NA片段.利用表达载体pET28 a(+),在大肠杆菌中表达了CDEP2蛋白.

A Beauveria bassiana strain was isolated from rice leafhopper. Based on the sequence homology of B. bassiana subtilisin-like serine protease genes in GenBank, a pairs of primers wereused to amplify a subtilisin-like serine protease CDEP2 gene by RT-PCR. The expression vector pET28a（＋） was used to express the CDEP2 protein, and SDS-PAGE the CDEP2 protein expressed in Escherichia coli.
