钴铝比对钴蓝颜料反射光谱的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Reflectivity Properties of Cobalt Blue Pigments on the Rate of Co^(2+)/Al^(3+)

摘要 采用燃烧法合成了钴蓝颜料(CoAl2O4),研究了钴/铝的物质的量之比(nCo/nAl)对光反射性质的影响.采用XRD和反射光谱表证了样品的物相和光反射特性.XRD研究表明非计量比条件下,物相仍然保持尖晶石结构.发现nCo/nAl=1:3时,钴蓝的色纯度最好. Cobalt blue pigment is prepared by combustion method. It is studied that effect of reflection properties on the rate of Co^2+/Al^3+. The crystallization, particle size and monochromaticity of samples have been examined by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scan election microscopy (SEM) and reflection spectra. Results of XRD reveal that the crystal structure of cobalt blue still remains spinel-type with the rate of Co^2+/Al^3+ of raw materials. In contrast to calculation result from XRD data, SEM data indicate that the nanosized cobalt aggregates up to diameter of particles 5-8 μm. It is found that the monochromaticity is the best when the molar rate of nCr/nAl is equal to 1:3. According to experimental results, the relationship of properties and structure is analyzed.
