针对球形外表面轴承套圈外形特点,介绍了用两片砂轮同时磨削球形外表面轴承套圈端面的加工原理、加工方法、工装设计及生产应用。实践证明,加工球形外表面轴承套圈能达到技术要求,取得了较好的经济效益。

In view of appearance features of spherical - surface bearing rings, this paper introduced the processing principle, processing method, equipment design and application of the face of spherical- surface bearing rings grinded by two abrasives at the same time. Practice had proved that the processed spherical - surface beating rings met the technical requirements and achieved a better economic efficiency.
