摘要
依据塑性变形方程式,研究了95.5Sn4Cu0.5Ag 钎料在25~150℃温度区间的单调剪切塑性变形动态特征。试验结果表明,该钎料的塑性变形特征是位错的滑移和攀移。
Dynamic features of monotony shear plastic deformation of the brazing alloy 95.5Sn4Cu0.5Ag at 25 ~150℃ are tested according to the plastic deformation equation.The test results show that the plastic deformation fea- tures of brazing alloy are the dislocation slip and dislocation climb.
