巴氏杂讯分析法检测300M超高强度钢的磨削烧伤

摘要 利用巴氏杂讯分析法研究了磨削烧伤与巴氏杂讯的关系,并用酸洗和金相法与其进行了对比。研究结果表明,用巴氏杂讯分析法检测300M 钢类铁磁材料的磨削烧伤是可行的。 In this paper,the relation between grinding burn and Barkhausen noise are studied through Barkhausen noise analysis method,and comparisons with pickling and metallographical method are made as well.The re- sult shows that Barkhausen noise analysis is a feasible method for inspection on grinding burn of iron-magnetic materials, such as 300M steel.
