女大学生择业空间的科学拓展

A Discussion about Broadening the Space to Get Employed for Female College Student

社会转型及连续扩招,使高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻,其中以女大学生的就业尤为突出。对此,应充分了解当前女大学生的就业现状,着重分析制约女大学生"就业难"的主要原因,通过科学就业与素质训练相结合、就业指导与成才指导相结合、人才培养与社会需求相结合、专业指导与全面发展相结合等方法,拓展女大学生的择业空间,提升女大学生的科学就业竞争力。

With the changes of the society and the high enrollment of college students, the difficulity of college students＇employment has become extremely serious, especialy for the female college students. This article aims at knowing more about the situation of female students＇ employment, analyzing the main reasons and putting forward countermeasures.
