摘要 草甘膦是广谱、非选择性、无残留、苗后传导性除草剂,在世界各地广泛应用。随着1990年中期抗草甘膦作物开发成功,草甘膦被广泛用于各种抗性作物来防治禾本科与阔叶杂草。简要讨论了草甘膦使用现况及若干问题,如抗性作物推广导致除草剂使用的变化、雾滴飘移、抗性棉花繁殖器官的异常、草甘膦对非靶标生物的影响、草甘膦与其他农药的关系以及免耕与杂草抗性等。 Glyphosate is a non-selective, broad spectrum, non-residual and systemic, post-emergence applied herbicide. It has been used extensively through the whole world. With the introduction of Roundup Ready crops in the mid 1990s, glyphosate now widely used for controls a broad spectrum of grass and broad leaf weeds in GR crops. This article briefly summarizes the current status application of glyphosate and some proplems, such as: the changes in herbicide use patterns and production practices resulting from Roundup Ready crops, glyphosate spray drift management, reproductive abnormalities in resistant cotton, non-target effect of glyphosate, relation between glyphosate and other pesticides, no-till cropping systemes and resistance in weeds.
