摘要
以(S)-2-氯代丙酸、5-氯-2,3-二氟吡啶与氯丙炔为原料,经Williamson反应、Ullmann反应和缩合3步反应合成除草剂炔草酯。反应工艺采用了"一锅煮"工艺和催化剂聚乙二醇4000,使炔草酯的质量分数达到98%,收率达到86%以上。炔草酯的结构经红外、核磁氢谱、质谱和元素分析确证。
Using (S)-2-chloro-propionic acid and 5-chloro-2,3-difluoropyridine and propargyl chloride as the starting material, chodinafop-propargyl was synthesized via Williamson, Ullmann and condensation reaction. One-pot synthesis of chodinafop-propargyl was study, and chodinafop-propargyl was obtained with a content 98% (GC) and the total yield 86% based on (S)-2-chloro-propionic acid by using optimal technology. The structure of chodinafop-propargyl was confirmed by 1^H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis.
