摘要
采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法(HPLC-DAD)测定了噻虫啉含量。用二极管阵列检测器、C18柱,以乙腈-甲醇-水(体积比25∶35∶40)为流动相,对噻虫啉的测定可取得满意的结果。该方法的相对标准偏差为0.30%,平均加标回收率为99.48%～100.91%。
Method of HPLC-DAD for thiacloprid was developed. Thiacloprid was determined by HPLC with DAD, ODS column and acetonitrile-methanol-water as mobile phase, the results was satisfactory. The determination results of HPLC showed that the relative standard deviations was 0.3% and average recoveries between 99.48% and 100.91% were obtained for spiked samples.
