油菜田看麦娘对精喹禾灵和烯禾啶交互抗性 被引量:6

Cross-resistance of Alopecurus aequalis to Sethoxydim and Quizalofop-P-ethyl in the Rape Fields

摘要 对高效氟吡甲禾灵抗性已检测过的看麦娘各居群,运用整株测定法与种子测定法来鉴定其对芳氧苯氧丙酸类(aryloxyphenoxypropanoate,AOPP)另一除草剂精喹禾灵和环己烯酮类(cyclohexanedione,CHD)除草剂烯禾啶产生交互抗性的水平。结果表明:对高效氟吡甲禾灵敏感的JJSII、NAU、HFS看麦娘居群对烯禾啶和精喹禾灵均表现敏感,对高效氟吡甲禾灵有抗性的JXRII、HFRII居群对烯禾啶表现为较高水平的抗药性,同时对精喹禾灵表现为中等水平的抗性,存在交互抗性,而对高效氟吡甲禾灵表现为高抗性的LYR居群却对烯禾啶表现为敏感,对精喹禾灵为较高水平的抗性。可见看麦娘群体中存在不同的抗性模式。 Using the whole-plant bioassay and the seedling bioassay to detect the cross-resistance to quizalofop-Pethyl and sethoxydim within Alopecurus aequalis Sobol.. Populations, the results of this experiment show that Alopecurus aequalis Sobol. from the rape field without herbicide treatment which have been detected susceptible to haloxyfop-R is still susceptible to sethoxydim and quizalofop-P-ethyl, JXRII and HFRII from above 10 years which have been detected resistance to haloxyfop-R are high resistant to sethoxydim and are middle resistant to quizalofop- P-ethyl, while LYR which have been high resistant to haloxyfop is susceptible to sethoxydim, but it is still high resistant to quizalofop-P-ethyl, It showed that different herbicide-resistant modes in Alopecurus aequalis Sobol. populations were found.
