A Research into the Strategic Choice and Development of Constructing Chinese Healthy Touring Base in Enshi Prefecture

构建中国健康旅游基地是恩施州社会经济发展的需要,是旅游业自身发展的需要。从生态学和可持续发展的角度分析认为:适宜的生态环境、得天独厚旅游资源、良好的区位优势等是实现这一目标的希望所在;但开发与利用程度低、品位不高、基础条件差、管理水平较低等不利因素是其面临的挑战。加快人才培养、增加投入、整合资源、有针对性地打造精品等,是这一目标实现可持续发展的主要措施。

Constructing Chinese healthy touring base in Enshi is the call of the demand of the social and economic development of Enshi prefecture and the development of the tourism in itself. It is believed from the perspecfive of ecology and sustainable development that the hope of realizing this goal lies in the pleasant ecological environment, nature - endowed touring resources and the position advantage of Enshi, but the low intensity of exploitation and utilization, low grade, insufficient infrastructure and poor management are the challenges to meet. The wain measures to realize the goal and sustainable development are to speed up the cultivation of talents, increase the investment, and combine resources and to create touring masterpiece unique to Enshi.
