摘要
武汉工程大学通过设置教师特岗,规范考核程序,量化考核指标,强化了教师特岗的目标责任管理,加速培养和引进中青年骨干教师和学科带头人,组建学术团队,激励了广大教师多出和快出成果。
By means of setting up special post for teachers, the subject leaders and the core members of teacher contingents have been trained and recruited, and the academic groups have been built up in Wuhan Institute of Technology, to inspirit teachers to make more achievement. The goal and duty management of special post for teachers is strengthened by means of regulated procedure and methods and quantized criterion for evaluation.
