氧化铝颗粒增强铝基复合材料无压浸渗过程的探索研究 被引量:2

INVESTIGATION ON THE PRESSURELESS INFILTRATING PROCESS FOR THE FABRICATION OF Al/Al_2O_3 COMPOSITES

摘要 采用电阻法连续测量了铝合金液无压浸渗多孔氧化铝陶瓷预制体的渗透过程。研究结果表明,在发生渗透前,存在一个较长的孕育期。在渗透过程中,渗透距离与渗透时间的平方根定性地呈线性关系。 Capillaryinduced melt infiltration is an attractive method of fabricating Al/Al_2O_3 composites. The electrical resistance technique was used to follow the perform infiltration process. The complete curve consists of an incubation stage and an infiltration stage. During the infiltration period, the infiltration length was proportional to the square root of infiltration time. Qualitative agreement of theory with experimental results of the infiltration stage has been found.
