摘要
研究了6061Al合金和SiCW/6061Al复合材料在170℃、190℃和220℃三种温度下的时效析出行为,分析了峰时效温度对6061Al合金和SiCW/6061Al复合材料拉伸性能的影响。研究结果表明,6061Al合金弹性模量不随峰时效温度的提高而发生变化,屈服强度和抗拉强度随峰时效温度的提高而略有下降;SiCW/6061Al复合材料的弹性模量则随峰时效温度的提高而略有下降,SiCW/6061Al复合材料屈服强度和抗拉强度随峰时效温度的提高而明显降低。
The aging kinetics of 6061Al alloy and SiCW/6061Al composite aged at 170℃,190℃ and 220℃ were studied.The effects of peak aging temperatures on the properties for 6061Al alloy and SiCW/6061Al composite were investigated.The results indicated that the Young′s modulus of 6061Al alloy exhibited no considerable change,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength decreased slightly with the peak aging temperature increasing.However,the Young′s modulus,yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of SiCW/6061Al composite decreased obviously with the peak aging temperature increased.
