用于防沙治沙的淀粉基液体地膜的研制

摘要 以玉米淀粉(ST)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,制备全生物降解液体地膜,通过对膜物理和力学性能的考查,探索了增强剂、增塑剂及主要加工助剂的最适用量,研究了膜的生物降解性能,试验结果表明:复合增强剂PVA和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)(二者用量比10:1)的最适用量为40%;复合增塑剂甘油和聚乙二醇400(二者用量比3:1)的最适用量为2.6%;尿素的最适用量为3%,在此条件下制得的膜性能最好。 The full-biodegradable liquid film was prepared by starch(ST)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) ,the optimal dosage of strengthen agent, plasticizer and the main processmg aid were explored by investigating the physical and mechanical properties of the film, the biodegradability of the liquid film was also studied, the results indicated that the optical dosage of the composition strengthen agent and plasticizer were 40 % and 2.6 %, respectively, and the optimal content of urea was 3% ,the best properties of the liquid film was obtained under this condition
