摘要
该文从以下五个方面论述青年教师队伍的建设:一.加强政治思想工作,提高青年教师的政治思想素质;二.切实抓好青年教师的培训工作,提高青年教师的业务水平;三.努力改善人才成长环境,为青年教师脱颖而出创造条件;四.把好青年教师引进关,实行合同期制;五.努力改善青年教师的生活条件,稳定青年教师队伍。
This paper discusse how to buildup a contingent of young teachers in our institute in the following five aspects: \ 1.Strengthening political and ideological work among the young teachers so as to improve their political and ideological quality; \ 2.Paying special attention to their professional training and updating their knowledge; \ 3.Trying hard to improve their working environment so as to create conditions for talents to reveal themselves; \ 4.Ensuring the quality of young teachers to be engaged by signing contracts with them; \ 5.Trying hard to improve their living conditions so as to settle them down to teaching.
