摘要
目的探讨将舒适护理运用于小儿尿道下裂围手术期的应用效果。方法46例患儿在手术前后给予心理、生理、社会舒适护理。结果46例患儿生理、心理方面的不适明显改善，减轻了身心痛苦，积极主动配合手术及治疗。结论将舒适护理运用于小儿尿道下裂围手术期整体护理中，患儿获得了生理、心理方面的极大满足感和安全感，为治疗顺利进行创造良好的条件。
Objective To discuss the effect of comfort nursing in perioperation of hypospadias in children. Method Comfort nursing was applied in 46 children with hypospadias. Results Evident improvements in mentality and physiology were observed in 46 cases. Comfort nursing alleviate their sufferings in mentality and psychology, resuhing in children＇s positive cooperation during and after operation. Conclusion Nursing -in- comfort practices in treating hypospadias will bring in patients＇ satisfaction and security, resulting in positive expectations.
