慢性肺心病患者社区治疗和管理的探讨

目的对慢性肺心病患者在社区卫生服务站治疗及管理进行探讨。方法对30例慢性肺心病患者在急性发作早期在社区卫生服务站进行规范的治疗，效果满意。结果21例，占70％的病人在治疗48～72h后明显好转；7例，占23．3％的病人好转．无效2例，占6．6％；治疗时间平均8d，所有患者5年内存活。结论慢性肺心病患者在社区卫生服务站进行治疗效果满意，而且可以节约卫生资源，减轻病人的经济负担，改善病人生活质量。
