针刺重灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症90例

Double moxbustion acupuncture treatment on slipped disc in 90 cases

目的观察针刺重灸与单纯针刺两种方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法175例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为针剌重灸治疗组与单纯针刺对照组。治疗组90例采用针刺重灸治疗，对照组85例单纯针刺治疗。两组均治疗3疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97．8％，对照组总有效率为89．4％，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刺重灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。

Objective To observe the clinic curative effect of double moxbustion and simple acupuncture treatment on slipped disc. Methods The 175 slipped disc sufferers were divided into two groups randomly ：90 in treatment group are treated with the double moxbustion acupuncture treatment and another group - 85 in control group with simple acupuncture treatment. After 3 treatment course, effect were observed, Results The total effective rate was 97.8% in treatment group and 89.4% in the control group with a significant difference between the groups （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions The double moxbustion acupuncture treatment has an advantage over simple acupuncture treatment.
