2006年绵阳市涪城区农民主要慢性非传染性疾病患病情况调查

The Investigation of Major Non-communicable Disease of Farmer in Fucheng District of Mianyang City in 2006

[目的]了解农村居民主要慢性非传染性疾病(慢性病)患病现况,为慢性病干预工作提供科学依据。[方法]2006年,对绵阳市涪城区15个乡镇的农村居民进行调查。[结果]调查137674人,其中男性71821人,女性65853人。主要慢性病患病率为6.03%,其中男性与女性分别为6.77%、5.22%,患病率随着年龄的增长而增高(P<0.01);高血压、慢性支气管炎、肺气肿、糖尿病、肺心病的患病率分别为2.45%、1.74%、0.92%、0.55%、0.37%。男性、女性前5种主要慢性病均依次为高血压、慢性支气管炎、肺气肿、糖尿病、肺心病。[结论]农村居民主要慢性病患病情况不容忽视,应积极开展农村居民健康知识教育及慢性病健康行为干预。

[Objective]To know the health status of major non-communicable disease（NCDs） of farmers in Fucheng district,and provide scientific basis for framing control measure. [Methods]In 2006, farmers of 15 towns in Fucheng District of Mianyang were investigated. [Results] 137 674 farmers were investigated, including 71 821 men and 65 853 women. The prevalence rate of NCDs of farmers was 6.03%. Men＇s rate was 6.77% and women＇s rate was 5.22%. The prevalence rate of NCDs ascended along with the age increase（ P 〈 0. 01）. The leading five NCDs were hypertension, bronchitis, emphysema, diabetes and heart disease, the prevalence rates of which ware 2.45 %, 1.74 %, 0.92 %, 0.55 % and 0.37 %. [Conclusion]The prevalence condition of NCDs of farmers can＇t be ignored. Health education and health behavior intervention should be carried on.
